All items are made to order through a print-on-demand service, specifically customized for your order. Due to the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement.

European Union customers: Orders are custom printed and shipped from within Europe, with an estimated delivery time of 6-11 business days.

U.S. and international customers: Orders are custom printed in the United States, with an estimated delivery time of 6-11 business days.

- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring that your country's customs regulations are adhered to. Shipping costs, taxes, and potential customs fees are outlined at checkout and are non-refundable once your order has been placed.
